Comment posted by Vickey Palzor lepcha on above thread just reminded me that i sud at least write something more on him..
comments were "vickey palzor lepcha Says:
Never heard abt him.....he is kinda a hooligan type ha.....and ya seems too communal..worked only for Subbas ..thats too inhumane...he needs to be more of a socialist.."
Why so censorious? 'inhumane'?
Agree on point ..looks are subjective in nature...Perhaps picture or Looks meets in fierce contentions for first place for person like you..No harm in commenting what u feel like.I just wonder ..was it mindless or mindful comment..anyway thanks for the comments...
Painter must have failed to give him Godlilooks.. We can't help on mongoloid looks..Its sure to draw comments..whateva..
I do not wish to expatiate but will give u in a nutshell
For people's information...Tyeongsi Sirijanga was the fountainhead(originator)
Our KIRAT SIRIJONGPAN OR SIRIJONGA LIPI or so called Subba script.
Though Subbas all over world treat him as God(which I don’t. my choice)..he was just an ordinary man, teacher, educationist with some extraordinary visions inside his mind who lived in W-sikkim (hee Goan) many centuries back.
he was very gentle and generous...had a vison to wipe darkness thru education. He was somewhat divine ..for he cud forsee future to some extent...
And there was then another Buddhist visionary namely Tasang Lama Of Pemayangtse monastery. He cud see thru meditation the future of Yumaism (culture of Kirats/ worshipping mother Goddess Yuma) and Limbu bhasa spreading all over.. far n wide..till Chumbi valley in Tibet. ..Those days were the days of Survival of Fittest ..Tyeongsi on other hand cud see his end of life on the hand of Tsang lama but not the end of education and scripts.
Before dying he hid the various treasure(they call) inside a marble box and hid in the safe place on/behind the falls of College khola which is intact till date.He put scripts n dossiers on the safe hands. He was the saviour of our scripts or else scripts wud be burned along to prevent its further popularity. He was finally killed by Tasang Lama (along with his other six monk disciples fully armed with bows and arrows..)
