Jorethang (or Jorthang), the small town is nicely located South Sikkim. It is known for annual Maghey Sakrati (the important festivals of the Nepali Community). Town has almost all kinds of facilities, tourist can find Hotels easily here.
It is also the main hub for people heading towards Soreng, Sombare, Dentam of Sikkim. Jorethang is also the close to Darjeeling, On the opposite hill lies Singla Kaman of Darjeeling District and 1 hour of up hill drive leads to Darjeeling Main town.
