GANGTOK, Nov. 2: A total of 467 students of Sikkim Manipal University received their graduation degrees in health, technology and medical sciences from the Sikkim governor, Mr V Rama Rao, at the sixth convocation of the university held at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Rangpo, East Sikkim, today. Of the 467 students, 206 received their degrees in person.
