when i hear the word Sikkim Police i only remember Mr. Akshaya Sachdeva.

Is it because he comes in Nayuma time and again . . . . Yes there are so many restrictions . . . It appears rules are only for the weak poor and deprived . . . I hear nowadays taxis dont want to fare to gtk . . . All fines and challan . . .

there is no Nayuma in Singtam dear fren....

Well! the way i see it...Sikkim Police is doing gud...and dont feel dat we are under any unwanted restriction!!!...But...I agree with namchogkorpa in some cases coz'...there are policemen who try to show dat they are above the law!! and do misconduct...but where in the world u dont find dat isn't it?!!....and Sikkim is no exception but overall Sikkim police is better...and even if they are strict n restricting its for our own gud!!.... and if have to rate Sikkim Police in the range of 1 to 10... I would rate 8/10!!

i think police everywher is the same...they are eager to harass common people and show their superiority..however, the police elsewhere is worse or mayb better(dats the main irony lol)than the police here in the context that it is easy to get away from police elsewhere with a meagre sum whereas here money doesnt work..
Discipline wise cops are very very decent here..The rules are infact excellent and has paved the way for a better traffic and crime control but a little bit of flexibility would do no harm..

its not easy to so the job that these people do and one should learn to appreciate their efforts ,yes there are times when s few of them overdo things and are absolutely biased when it comes to implementing rules however we need to have some amount o rules and regulations ,they should howver not be too restrictive that it stifles the general public so much so that its purpose itself is lost

i cant say anything but they really dont know how many enemies they are making while they are on duty, they probably find it hard to live in this world after retirement.......
