 Prashant Tamang in indian idol 3 Do you know guys, Prashant Tamang of darjeeling is selected for indian idol 3. anyone one from gangtok? infact i heard there's a girl from gangtok also. Quote: Name : Prashant Tamang

He has been singing since childhood, After his father's death in 2001, he got job in Calcutta Police as substitution to his father and has been working with them since 2002 . He sings in the police orchestra, but never had any formal training. He wants to become the Indian Idol to prove himself and make the Kolkata police proud.
He thinks of himself as a simple person with simple thoughts and simple living.
In his free time, he plays pool with his friends. He also loves to play football.

Re: Prashant Tamang in indian idol 3 yep, sometimes i hate gangtok, it's not the place you wanna be in rainy seasons. only half hour of thunderstorm caused light to go off for the whole night. I wonder with my finger crossed... how this town is prepared for some really big hits like earthquake.
