i think i can add 1 more to that-e.c.o.s.s,stands for ecotourism and conservation society of sikkim.
it is headed by mr p.d rai.the man behind s.i.d.i.c.o also.
the head office used to b near zero point but i heard that it has been shifted.
the name itself says everything abt its aim n objectives.it was the first n.g.o in sikkim to host the first international conference at sikkim that was at 2002 where even the branch of united nations,namely u.n.e.p{united nations environment project} had sent their representatives.
